What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you write.

We do not ask for payment details or other sensitive information through this site, and we ask that you do not send any.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiry, to prepare proposals, and to deliver work if you become a client. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Services we rely on

Contact form: messages are passed to us through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, and arrive in our email inbox.

Email: our email is hosted by Zoho Mail.

Hosting and DNS: this site is hosted on Cloudflare.

Analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages are visited. It is designed not to use cookies or to track individual visitors across websites.

Fonts: the site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests the font file from Google and your IP address is visible to them.

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and client correspondence for as long as we need them to respond to you, run an engagement, or meet legal and accounting obligations. We delete other enquiries when they are no longer useful.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond. We handle personal data in line with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
