Why use a sourcing agent in Vietnam
Many brands add or move production to Vietnam to spread supply risk or to reach factories with strong capability in sportswear, apparel and footwear. Finding the right factory is the hard part. Capacity, minimum orders, quality systems and honesty about lead times are difficult to judge from a catalogue or a video call.
An agent on the ground visits the factory, checks what is actually on the floor, negotiates in the local business context and follows production so problems are caught before shipment. As your commission agent, we are paid on order value under terms agreed before work starts.
How it works
Every order follows the same seven steps, and you approve each decision that commits money.
Brief
You send the product spec or tech pack, target price, quantities, timeline and the requirements of your destination market.
Identify and vet
We shortlist suppliers and audit the factories that make the cut.
Sample
We coordinate samples against your spec. You pay for samples and approve them before production.
Negotiate
We support price and terms negotiation. You approve the final terms and sign the purchase order with the supplier.
Produce
We follow the order through production and flag delays early.
Inspect
We run quality control and arrange pre-shipment inspection.
Ship
We coordinate export documents and the handover to your freight forwarder. Our service ends when the goods are loaded and the bill of lading is issued.
Scope of service
Our service runs from the first supplier search until your goods are loaded on the vessel in Vietnam (FOB). Your purchase contract is directly with the supplier.

What products can you source?

Who signs the contract with the factory?
You do. Your purchase contract is directly with the supplier, and you approve every decision that commits money, including samples, final terms and the purchase order.
How are you paid?
As a commission on order value under a sourcing agreement, or as a fixed fee for a one-off factory search. We agree the structure before work starts.
Do you visit and audit the factories?
Yes. We audit the factories that make the shortlist, and follow production through to quality control and pre-shipment inspection.
Do you handle shipping?
We coordinate export documents and the handover to your freight forwarder. Our service ends when the goods are loaded and the bill of lading is issued, with FOB Vietnam as the handover point.
Can you do private label or white label?
Yes. We help specify, sample and produce private-label and white-label lines.
